Fees and Payment

Cancellations can be notified by email to registration-enper2016@sudcongresconseil.com and/or to Patrick Moreau (patrick.moreau@u-bordeaux.fr).

Refunding can be obtained up to July 31. After this date, no refunds will be given. 

Conference fees cover: 

- Hotel (single or twin) for the nights of the 30^th of August, 31^st of August and 1^st of September. For those who want to stay extra-nights before or after the meeting please contact us at: registration-enper2016@sudcongresconseil.com and/or to Patrick Moreau (patrick.moreau@u-bordeaux.fr)

- Abstract book

- Meeting room spaces for conferences and posters

- Welcome Cocktail Reception, Lunches (3) and Coffee Breaks

- Gala Dinner on Tuesday September 1^st

Registration procedure: 

1. Go to the registration page, enter your details.

Please, be careful: YOU MUST GO to the end of the registration process and TO THE PAYMENT. It is impossible to connect again later to complete or to modify your registration data!

2. Go to the "Fees and Payment" page and proceed with payment by clicking this link:

Possible payment methods are:
- credit cards
- order form, bank transfers, checks

Please take all the necessary information and payment tools with you before beginning the registration process (your institution address, IBAN number in case of bank transfers, ...)
